We are not dogs, cats, hamsters, horses or any other animal that has four legs. We DO NOT reward ourselves with FOOD! We are not on a “DIET!” It is a lifestyle change to a better you. How we think is how food became the center of importance and because we over indulged due to lack of discipline we have gained weight. Food is needed for fuel so why would you reward yourself with it. I can’t see the results of your weightloss from that chocolate cake you just treated yourself to. Really? We want results but we have to put in the work and stop doing things like this… Your reward system should be something you can see and show off like a pair jeans, a pair of shoes, a purse, etc. We use food as a reward because we think we missing out on something! Nah… You are not!
